The actress was featured in two episodes of Showtime's Weeds together with Mary Louise Parker. Her character was Judy Kramer, a Fox series that ran from 2005 as well as Marcy Bender on Dawson's Creek. In the Guiding Light soap drama, Dollar played Marina Cooper. This role earned her an award nomination from Soap Opera Digest in 2003 as Outstanding newcomer. Dollar was Cindy Thomas in the ABC show Women's Murder Club from 2007-2008.
